Well as you can tell lunch was BAD….chicken and chips as well as a pineapple fritter and a double scoop ice cream!!!!!!

Snack: NO

Dinner: NO But I am having a large glass of wine and I may even have 2

I wonder what the scales will have to say tomorro….I wait and not with baited breath!!
